Aalia Kazi

‘I am a UCL graduate with an MSc in Cardiovascular Science. With previous experience in tutoring GCSE biology and chemistry I understand that science can sometimes be a daunting subject. Therefore, I decided to become a STEM ambassador where I work to encourage young people to appreciate the importance of STEM and understand the exciting career opportunities which these subjects can provide. I think it is important to take a bespoke approach to tutoring as everyone learns differently; my approach to tutoring is friendly yet robust. Furthermore, I feel creating an interactive environment is important in order to achieve a student’s goals.’

Aalia holds a Msc in Cardiovascular Science from University College of London, and BSc Human and Medical Science (First Class Honors) from University of Westminster. She was Assistant Editor of the University Science Magazine. Aalia is a STEM Ambassador, encouraging children and young adults to learn and enjoy STEM disciplines.
